Could use some guidance…

I just found this site and am hoping that there are a good amount of people that are using this site to find support, ideas and motivation to lose weight. I have been battling with my weight since my later teen years and it has always weighed on my self esteem. Today I am more confident in who I am and not what I look like but I have found that the more I weigh the less I enjoy activities that I love. The old tapes of not being worthy start to play in my head and it is a calorie burner just to fight those off (I wish it burned calories!) but I am about to hit 200 pounds and that is the roof for me. It is time to get serious about my life and self esteem and work towards my goal. I ask that if there is anyone reading this that you would participate in this goal with me as I would love to participate in yours. Any hints to using this website to maximize all the tools given here I also thank you.
